Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently and to provide information to site owners. You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings.
We use cookies for three purposes: keeping you securely logged in, making the dashboard function correctly, and tracking ad performance on your behalf.
These cookies are essential for the platform to operate and cannot be disabled. They include:
No consent is required for strictly necessary cookies under UK PECR.
We may use analytics cookies to understand how users interact with the dashboard so we can improve it. These are only set with your consent. Where used, data is aggregated and anonymised.
A core feature of Metric Pulse is connecting your Google Ads spend to real-world outcomes — phone calls, form submissions, and leads. To do this, we capture the GCLID (Google Click ID) parameter appended to URLs by Google Ads when a user clicks your ad.
This tracking only works when the GCLID tracking snippet is installed on your website. Without it, conversion attribution in your ROI dashboard will not be available. This is a functional requirement of the service, not optional analytics.
We do not serve third-party advertising cookies. Any third-party services we use (such as payment processors) may set their own cookies governed by their own privacy policies.
You can manage or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent the dashboard from functioning. For non-essential cookies, you can withdraw consent by contacting us or adjusting your browser settings.
