Metric Unlocked is operated by Metric Labs Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No: 17148182, Registered address: 6 Atlas House, St Georges Square, Bolton, BL1 2HB). By using Metric Unlocked you enter into a legal agreement with Metric Labs Ltd.
By creating an account or using any part of the Metric Unlocked service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
Metric Unlocked provides a SaaS dashboard that connects to Google Ads, Google Search Console, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and other advertising and social platforms to present performance data and AI-generated insights. The service is provided "as is" and is intended for business use.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such changes.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind any business on whose behalf you are using the service. By agreeing to these terms you confirm this.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at hello@metriclabs.uk.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. We use a third-party payment processor and do not store your card details.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months except where required by law.
As a consumer protection measure, first-time subscribers are entitled to a 14-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund within this period, contact us at hello@metriclabs.uk.
Where a free trial is offered, it is available once per person and once per business. We reserve the right to revoke trial access if we believe it is being abused.

Accounts found in breach of these terms may be suspended or terminated without refund.
Your use of Metric Unlocked in connection with third-party platforms is subject to each platform's own terms of service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of those platforms through our service complies with their policies:
By connecting a third-party account to Metric Unlocked, you confirm that you have the authority to grant us access to that account's data on behalf of your business.
If you cancel your subscription, your account will enter a 30-day hibernation period during which your data is preserved. After 60 days of total inactivity, your connected platform data and all cached account data will be permanently deleted. This action is irreversible.
You may request immediate deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metric Labs Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
All intellectual property rights in the Metric Unlocked platform, including its design, software, and content, belong to Metric Labs Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for its intended purpose during your subscription.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
